Irish Mail recumbent?

Interesting. Today on the Capital Crescent Trail I spotted what looked like a two-wheeled recumbent hand-cycle. As I got closer it was propelled like an Irish Mail.
Unfortunately I did not have a camera. And a quick online search did not find anything similar to what I saw.

Yes, it was very similar to that; however, his legs appeared to be not bent and higher. We were going opposite directions so it was only a quick look.
