Oooh! This sounds like a delicious ride! I may try to join if the weather is not favourable for mountain biking!

Right now, the forecast predicts it to be sunny with the highest at 34. I hope you will come, Sunyata.

Is anyone interested in joining me on this ride? I am planning to ride to the Vienna Community Center on Saturday morning. I will leave from West Alexandria around 7:30 AM and take W&OD. Feel free to call or text me at 703-868-1056 if you want to join somewhere on the way. From the Vienna Community Center, I will ride to Thaiss Park to be there before 10 AM.

I haven’t decided for certain yet, but I will likely leave closer to 8:30 – 8:45 from Pentagon City area and meet you there. Thanks for organizing!

Below freezing temperatures will likely mean a MTB morning for me. Enjoy! And thanks for the inspiration, I do want to stop by Baku Delicious at some point!

Where will you get on the W&OD? My house is at the 4.25 mile mark at the Ohio St access.

You know, with all the rain the next two days the trails might just be a mess. Can’t we tempt you with some Azerbaijani goodies?

Definitely on my radar if trail conditions are slop. :)

I will get on the W&OD at S Walter Reed Dr and I must be at the Ohio Street access at 8:15-8:45 AM. If you add me on WhatsApp (703-868-1056), I’ll be happy to share my live location after leaving my house.

    Freezing Saddlers,

We postpone this ride until Sunday (Feb 6) because chances are ice will cover the trails after all this rain today and freezing temperatures this night. We hope you will understand. So, we meet on Sunday at 10 AM in Thaiss Park and the route stays the same.

    Thanks,
    Cathy and Serdar

Cathy presents Cameron’s Coffee & Chocolates

This business is not #ImHer, but it is unique and significant. Cameron’s Coffee & Chocolates is the first business enterprise of the non-profit foundation, Every1 Can Work. Every 1 Can Work was created to provide permanent employment opportunities for young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Over 84% of young adults with cognitive disabilities are unemployed, but not unemployable – there is a big difference.
