In Ward 6 we’re somewhat lucky in that respect. Don’t know the OP’s location though.

My daughter took a good strike to the head on concrete steps and suffered one and in all honesty she was every bit of two-three months before any semblance of “normal”. Lots of problems with dizziness and a “detached” feeling, not to mention bouts with nausea and severe headaches. For your sake I hope you don’t suffer the way she did.

    Hi,

To the person who experienced a concussion….how long did it take before you were back to normal? And are you really back to normal?

I had a medium headache for almost 24 hours (and I rode gently the remaining 4 miles to the office). A few days later, I felt slightly headachy again a couple of times, though that could have been sinus related. I wasn’t quite on my game for about 2 weeks. Of course, my circumstances sound a bit simpler than yours, so I don’t think they are necessarily comparable.

Any news on this? The psycho needs to be in jail.

Just chiming in with my own support for getting your council member involved. As KLizotte notes, a simple call often gets attention in a way a call from a citizen rarely does.
