The new bike room is not only attractive, and on ground level instead of the basement, and fob activated so available 24/7, and with individual reserved spaces, but it has a repair space with a wheel truing thingie, and some other thingie, and apparently a powered air pump, and the building manager actually recognizes me as the only regular bike commuter and wanted to make sure I get a good spot. And yeah, there was a nice Chardonnay at the party. (And the new business center and game room look a lot like like what the new buildings that the cool people live in have)

Anyone looking for an apartment PM for the address. When the PM works. Convenient to hump day coffee club. Imperial. Good night.

Delighted again. How could they have known I would need a presta to Schrader adapter? And they seem to have all the things I will need to repair my tube so I can return this presta tube to its owner. But first, a ride.
