    The new bike room is not only attractive, and on ground level instead of the basement, and fob activated so available 24/7, and with individual reserved spaces, but it has a repair space with a wheel truing thingie, and some other thingie, and apparently a powered air pump, and the building manager actually recognizes me as the only regular bike commuter and wanted to make sure I get a good spot. And yeah, there was a nice Chardonnay at the party. (And the new business center and game room look a lot like like what the new buildings that the cool people live in have)

    Anyone looking for an apartment PM for the address. When the PM works. Convenient to hump day coffee club. Imperial. Good night.

    They only sent out one email, and not everyone is on their mailing list (I only saw it because my wife forwarded it to me) Nothing on their FB page, no posters around the building or in the old bike room. I think they will want to repurpose the old bike room, probably as building mtnce storage (which is what used to be in the space where the new bike room is now) and I think they intend to declare any unmoved bikes as abandoned. I sure hope they announce that better, or they may have some really upset people come the spring.
