    A new weekly coffee club is starting tomorrow at Best Buns in Shirlington, in case you missed the previous post in which Consularrider suggested this great idea. Best Buns opens at 6 a.m., but I expect that most of us generally won’t get there until 7 a.m. or so. Pete will be there starting on the early side tomorrow. Bring your copies of “Best Bike Rides Washington DC” and get page 148 signed by Mr. Dirt hisself! More details are in the Scavenger Hunt thread below.

    Tomorrow at Best Buns I’ll be enjoying a cup of coffee but no sweet roll! Thanks to the simple fact the calorie intake has to roughly equal calorie usage–my challenge is that I still have my pre cycling-hiatus appetite!

    You could walk to Best Buns to earn your calories.
