How to navigate 5th St bike lane at Harvard?

I always feel like I’m doing it wrong. Going north on the bike lane on 5th St, that lane ends at Harvard. It picks up again just past the intersection, but the lane is in the middle of the street between the left turn lane for cars and two other car lanes to the right of it. I don’t really know where I’m supposed to position myself before the light.
Do any of you know what I’m talking about?
