You are correct. The reporter was not. So many issues with that first report. No lower thirds on the video to identify the interviewees or give context or weight to their answers. Also, in the initial release, Nelle Pierson is identified as Waba Pierson, and she is never referred to as the WABA Events Coordinator in either version. At least they corrected her name. I think the coverage shows the unfamiliarity/indifference of the reporter and editorial staff.
