House near Arlington bike commuting routes

I’m selling my house which is smack dab in the midst of Arlington bike commuting routes. The house backs up to the Bluemont trail, just west of Ballston and less than a mile to the W&OD and the same distance to the Custis. On the real estate listings its the house on 5th Street North. I would love a fellow bicyclist to enjoy it as much as I have!
