My sister is asking for help with this survey for a class she is taking.

– I didn’t help her with the survey
– She’s using it as a starting point for a project for a web design class, to give her ideas for creating a fictional bike-repair-shop web site. Don’t worry about statistical validity or that kind of thing.

I liked the question that got me to thinking that being able to make appointments online would be pretty cool. I’ve never heard of it though.
