Hanging utility cable on S Glebe sidewalk just S of Walter Reed

Well, it’s been three hours since the thread was first posted and I’m happy to report that this has been removed and the cable has been secured.

Apparently it was a Verizon cable and there was a large amount of excess cable dangling from two poles.
