    I get it at 16.3 miles on several rides

    I usually get 16.3 to 16.5. If the map predates the new 4 Mile Run route and you take the 4 Mile Run Trail version from Shirlington to Bluemont instead of the W&OD, it would be closer to 18 miles.

    I get 25.2, but that may be due to my having to do switchbacks on the W&OD trail climbing up the Four Mile Run valley :)
