    I read somewhere about a guy given an $85 ticket for parking off the MVT because it was closed even though where he parked didn’t indicate it. I didn’t notice much activity today except the parking lots along MVT were blocked off and three PP officers by Jefferson. I did see a tour group walking along the Tidal Basin toward the Jefferson and thought this could be interesting with how the PP respond, but I was running a few minutes behind already so I missed the finale.

    The ones on Jefferson did this morning. It was a nice car-free ride.
