To be contrary, allowing a developer of national reputation to expand the DC area holdings over, well, the old post office might provide a front row seat on climate change and sea level rise in a manner that might change an opinion or two.
I all seriousness, the best investment they could make would be to repair the wall encircling the park and build it two feet higher
