    Yup, the idea of making any capital investments there is insane.

    To be contrary, allowing a developer of national reputation to expand the DC area holdings over, well, the old post office might provide a front row seat on climate change and sea level rise in a manner that might change an opinion or two.

    I all seriousness, the best investment they could make would be to repair the wall encircling the park and build it two feet higher

    They have underwater cycling (sort of), underwater bike polo and underwater football now. So why not underwater golf too?
