Today the FCC votes on the Network Neutrality proposal. The order is said to be quite large (and I am not sure when it will come out – it does not always come out the same day as the vote).
I have an FCC Hat for the person who can correctly spot my contribution to the order. Hint: assuming it survives final edits, it will be easy to spot.
Am I correct in concluding that the FCC seal actually shows a Federal agency electrocuting an eagle?????? I will have you know that is likely a violation of the Endangered Species Act, the Bald Eagle Act and possibly the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. You don’t want me to set Wheels&Wings on you.

Yeah, that’s pretty much what we call it. The seal goes all the way back to the day, and I believe the lightning bolts are suppose to be radio.
There was something else wrong as well. I think one of our engineers noted that the wiring diagram was wrong – as in it was grounded wrong and current could not possibly go through it as diagrammed. But I think that may have been fixed.

ParticipantI was thinking we just command-f the words “puppy” and “bike” next to each other.

ParticipantNo, I think you have it backwards. The badass eagle is wreaking havoc on our puny network infrastructure with its lightning bolts.

ParticipantIs it the stuff about mobile voice services/networks?
I did a search for “coffee” and “puppies” in the document and got na-da.

ParticipantAh, okay. My next guess was going to be the phrases “virtuous cycle”, “fast lanes” and “clear rules of the road”.

I didn’t see pickles anywhere but I did see
This system prevented network owners from engaging in anti-competitive behavior and spurred the development and adoption of new technologies
