Then I reread the rules and realized it had to include a bike and the flag AND me, which was a bit of a challenge with a smartphone:

It says a photo should include the group that captured it, but doesn’t say it has to include the person who captured it riding alone. I don’t think these need to be selfies.

I think it’s making it more fun–don’t you?

No, it’s making it more crooked. The selfie will be the end of Western Civilization.

They don’t have one in front of my house either. Sorry only flags count.

ParticipantI was right across the street from the Eden Center last night, so I figured I would do some advance scouting for Asia. I walked through the entire center, including past every single storefront–both outside and in the arcades. Unbelievably, I could not find a single example of a Vietnamese flag. Not a tiny little one printed on a menu, a flier, a poster, bulletin board. Nada.
So although that may seem a ripe opportunity come Asia, you can save yourself some time by not bothering.I did, however, discover that they have some pretty interesting foodstuffs at the Good Fortune Supermarket.

Good to hear that has displaced “disliking” photos of cute kids and puppies.

The OP listed the 14 nations that count as South America for the purposes of this competition.

Considering the history of the Vietnamese immigrant community in the US, this should not be surprising.

No, the disliking of kids and puppies is particular to your monstrous self, so was never a threat to civilization. The selfie is a widespread phenomenon, threatening to wipe us out in an epidemic of narcissism and bad photography.
