    I don’t seem to be getting FS email notifications but I believe I completed the registration. Am I missing something?

    You are both registered. However, one of you has an AOL address and one has a Yahoo address. Both AOL and Yahoo often delete e-mails they see as spam, rather than even putting them in a spam folder. If you’d like to switch to a different e-mail address, please send me a private message.
