You have to have posted at least once on the forum to play. And we don’t have the time to check each person who said they hadn’t posted, to make sure that they did later. So here is what you need to do if you said in your registration that you hadn’t posted:

• If you have registered but are unable to post, it’s because you didn’t click on the authorization e-mail you should have been sent after you registered. If you still have that e-mail (or can find it in your spam folder, just click on the link. [TD=”class: mailpoet_paragraph”]The contest starts on January 1st at 12:01 a.m. Teams will not be announced yet, but rides and points count. If you are planning to get a super-early start and be out riding your bike as the year changes, be aware that rides starting before midnight will not be counted by the leaderboard. You need to stop your recording device and restart a new ride after midnight for your miles in 2018 to count.

No, although some of the teams will set up team Facebook groups.
