That adds another check mark to my “reasons to go” column 😮
In the “reasons not to go” = lack of sleep!

ParticipantThe #kidical and I intend to make an early appearance before getting home for her bedtime, because for some reason today she’s interested in the idea of doing HP laps. Still working on getting permission to come back after bedtime for the finale…

We were just discussing with the kids, as we rode 12 miles home from a brewery, that a BAFS kids team next year is definitely a thing that should happen

Totally. If nothing else, it’ll be a much smaller group of people (both in quantity and actual size) to have the neverending rules debate.

Seems like an appropriate way to end things, doesn’t it? If I get permission to come back for the finale, I may have to switch to the wider tires…

ParticipantAlso – when I told our daughter about the forecast, her reaction was “ok – make sure you remember my rain pants and rain boots.” Makes a father proud…

ParticipantThis’ll be my first time at HP last night. What time do people start arriving? What is the time when the most people will be there?
Also, I’m going to drive so I can bring stuff. Salty or sweet?March 19, 2018 at 10:56 am #1085720chuxtr

According to Weather Underground, not supposed to start raining until ~1am tomorrow morning. Chance of rain:
11pm – 11%
Midnight – 23%
1am – 42%So fingers crossed. As long as it’s not raining (or impending rain based on the radar), I plan to be there ~11pm to ride a few laps a toast the end of Freezing Saddles.

ParticipantActually, I’m more concerned about the forecast on Wednesday. According to Weather Underground:
Cloudy with snow showers becoming a steady accumulating snow later on. Temps nearly steady in the mid 30s. Winds N at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 60%. 1 to 3 inches of snow expected.

Yep just saw that. I’m sure it’ll change a few times before then!
