The tree no doubt also blames Obamacare for it’s inability to stand up stright, and has decided to just lie there on the path doing nothing.

Workers were out at 7 am working in the area. It wasn’t clear whether they cut the tree down or if it fell overnight (no wind?). There was no warning at either Walter Reed or George Mason that the trail was completely closed down. However, I did not stop to ask the workers when they would be done.
