    When I went through at 3:30, the Mt. Vernon Ave and Glebe Rd underpasses were both flooded. The 395 underpass was clear. I get on at Mt Vernon Ave so I can’t speak to conditions east of there.

    Bluemont underpass was axle-deep and almost white water when I went through.

    Custis going under I-66 at Mile marker 0 was 6″ deep and a rushing torrent for a few minutes.

    From the debris and bent vegitation, yesterday’s storm had Four Mile Run at its highest level that I can remember. The good thing is that the level went down fairly fast.
