Four Mile Run – Construction underneath the I-395 bridge

That is my understanding. It’s a VDOT project, so there’s always a bit of mystery.

IIRC, there’s been some other temporary narrowings there while they fix that bridge. Traffic isn’t too heavy in that location, so it should be manageable.
