    Around here is would be difficult. In large parts of the US, it would be nearly impossible to get around. There aren’t buses. There aren’t cabs. The distance to the nearest grocery store is more than 10 miles.

    Then if they can’t avoid killing people they should move.

    Hopefully the aspect of a long incarceration would be a deterrent. Sadly I think that most people live in the moment and think they are better drivers than other people. This leads to over confidence under concentration and heartbreak.
