I already added those suggestions about a year ago. Plus many others. I was among the first to add suggestions for various spots on the National Mall, Bethesda, Upper Northwest DC and Columbia Pike. I also forged ahead and pioneered new CaBi areas in Tysons Corner and National Harbor. Well, I pretend that I am pioneering CaBi expansion in new areas. It’s easy to add new CaBi areas on an online map.

I have taken the crowdsourcing map seriously though. All of the suggestions I entered were good-faith ones, in places that I thought would benefit from bike stations. I do think that if Tysons can improve their bike infrastructure in certain places, CaBi could work. National Harbor definitely could benefit from having multiple bike stations.

So bring on those northern stations, City of Alexandria!
