It might happen. I don’t want to give too much a way but all seven bat species that are common in northern Virginia are insectivores.

Ah, Buzz… A dangerous weekend ritual has recently evolved on my leisure rides, wherein I get a Tropical Smoothie Cafe salad/bowl for lunch…
Then feeling so good about my healthy choice and the ~22 miles of accumulated biking up to that point, I walk down to Buzz and grab a “9:30 Cupcake”…

I tried and tried to stretch my day out but here I am at Buzz at 6:30, finishing my cupcake… sigh.

Should have just eaten cupcakes for another hour and a half. It was good to see you on Four Mile Run as I was headed to the event.
