Fire up the way-back machine! Old bike shop question

I wrenched for, and was at one point service manager at a NOVA Cycling & Fitness shop. They were bought out by BikesUSA in 1997 IIRC, which then folded and was purchased by Performance Bikes. I don’t have any contact with the original owner(s), but I did very much enjoy working for them. BUSA, I believe, was held by the same company that owned Crown Books and Track Auto.

I tried to find any kind of info on the web about them, but it looks like they have been wiped from memory

It’s a shame, I had a lot of good memories at the shop in Burke…
