So if you have a blog, we’d really appreciate it if you helped spread the word about Kidical Mass Arlington (if I have your contact info, you have already gotten this — if you haven’t, I don’t, so PM it to me and I’ll add you to my list for future rides). Thanks so much!
Hi DC-area Bike Bloggers (and others who have ways to get info out to bike-y people),
I’m spreading the word about the Kidical Mass Arlington HALLOWEEN Ride, this Sunday 5:30pm at FreshBikes Arlington. I’d appreciate all the help we can get letting people know!
Thanks

The fun continues once we return to FreshBikes: we’ll have candy, juice and hot chocolate (assuming we can figure out some logistics ) for our own little Kidical Mass Arlington Halloween Party. Come in costume and enjoy some time to mingle with fellow family bikers.
Note: this is an EVENING ride — you should have lights on your bikes, especially if you’re planning to bike home after the festivities.
Special thanks to FreshBikes for the treats! Happy Halloween!
Oh, and Kidical Mass DC also has a ride this weekend — Saturday midday
Wrap up the 2013 Kidical Mass DC riding season with a nice easy ride on one of DC’s cycling gems: the Metropolitan Branch Trail (our family’s favorite place to ride in the whole city). We’ll start at Stanton Park on Capitol Hill (where last month’s Cupcake Ride began) and ride through NoMa and Eckington to end at Chocolate City Brewery, where we’ll enjoy complimentary apple cider (thanks, WABA!) and the option to eat tiny hamburgers from the DC Sliders Truck.
Moms and Dads who want to partake of more adult beverages can sample beers and purchase growlers from one of DC’s best-known craft breweries. Apple cider is free for all riders, compliments of WABA’s Women & Bicycles program.
When: Saturday, October 26, 2013. 11:30am – 12:30pm
Where: Meet at Stanton Park on Capitol Hill, bike to Chocolate City Brewery
Distance: 2.8 miles
Difficulty: easy. As in peasy, for adults & kids.
