The proposed “train station” would be new construction, between Grove Ave and Park Ave, on the north side of West St.

The existing “train station” is at Railroad Ave, west of Citizens’ Bridge. The new structure would be just east of the bridge.

Doubt it. You’ll notice that the area marked “Proposed New Development” includes where Bikenetic is currently located. I’m not sure how that will work out. 😮

I heard that when the new Mason Row development goes in, Bikenetic will be moving to a new location that is even more trail accessible than where they are now, and still within Falls Church City. make of that what you will. also, i’m just gonna leave this attachment here:
(and the fact that a bike shop with bike service/repair is listed under the retail merchandising plan by Spectrum development)
