    I think dbb has been trying to convince someone, anyone, that they were responsible for that stretch of land for like 3 years now.

    But it remains to be seen whether this effort is for the Eads cul de sac or the badly paved portion between the curb cut and the trail.

    When I rode past on the 4MRT this morning, the pavement had been cold-planed up to the trail’s edge.

    I was there yesterday AM and PM. The milled portion is the portion between the curb cut and the trail. The portion from the curb cut to Glebe is the same, with construction vehicles parked doing something relative to construction for the poop plant.
