You know that part was a test? It was up there last year, too. And I used it to determine that you were not in fact checking the draft registration form before it was finalized. :p

Now that I have determined that you did your part this year, it has been modified.

One probably nitpicky thing – FCC has moved temporarily from Swings to A Baked Joint. I doubt this really matters, but just a reminder.

The secret about that one is that we don’t actually check the answer. It’s basically to discourage those who have never participated in the forum, and aren’t interested enough even to search it, from registering.

But it’s also not one of the required questions (all of which are starred). The form will submit even if you don’t answer. So it’s only a minor discouragement.

Question: When the form finally goes live, will I need to fill it out again, or will it magically populate with all the witty responses I provided on the draft form? What’s that you say? I’ll have to redo it? Well, blast! I doubt I can be that funny twice. You’ll just have to trust me that my responses were ~definitely~ the funniest. (said no one who has ever read any attempt I’ve made at wit).
