Well this is exciting news! $150 tickets for bike lane blockers and enforcement personnel are allowed to use photographic evidence. Honestly didn’t know that DPW is responsible for this and not MPD.

Correct – this eliminates the annoying loophole where a driver about to be ticketed can just drive away with impunity. (The corresponding Nextdoor thread is remarkably tame.)
