The region’s only closed-road, recreational bicycle event, the third annual DC Bike Ride invites you for a car-free bike ride.
DC Bike Ride is a celebration of bicycling and recreation in the nation’s capital and is an event is for all ages (3+) and all riding abilities. Cruise the city at your own pace with friends and family as you roll past monuments and memorials along a scenic 20-mile route.
The ride ends in style with a finish festival between the U.S. Capitol and the National Mall that includes entertainment, family-friendly activities, beats and eats. In partnership with the non-profit Washington Area Bicyclist Association, DC Bike Ride raises support for the Vision Zero campaign that promotes safer streets.
