Delegate Holmes Norton Letters to National Zoo – MD and VA Reps Should Sign Too

Perhaps those of us who live in Maryland or Virginia might ask our local reps to sign onto the Holmes Norton letters (or write their own).

I realize that the trail issue might require some fence funding but the issue remains and there really needs to be a solution. 5pm trail closure is way too early. Really restricts use of the trail by commuters.
