The Doctors Run Connector is open for business again, finally.

This is still a somewhat steep climb/descent, but tamer and safer than it was before. When I climbed it the first time, I was in my 38×24 gear, instead of the intended 38×32. I *was* able to get on up without stalling or falling over, which I could not have done on the old configuration. Thank you Arlington.
The lights are specific to the pathway up to the basement door of Peyton Randolph Elementary. My understanding is that they will be on only for school hours. They certainly were not in service this evening at 7pm.
