The deadline to register for Freezing Saddles is the earlier of 11:59:59 PM on December 24, or 250 registrations. We’re over half of the maximum number of registrations, and the date is only eight days away. So if you’ve been procrastinating, now is the time to stop procrastinating and register already!

If you’ve already registered, here are some things you can check to make sure we don’t have to hound you in January:

    • Does your name appear on this list? If not, either you didn’t join the Freezing Saddles 2023 Strava club, or you didn’t authorize Freezing Saddles to read your Strava miles. Please go back and do those things.
    • Have you ever made at least one post on this forum? (If you did it in a prior year, you don’t need to do it again this year; we just need you to have made one post ever.) If you didn’t, and can’t think of anything to say, you can just respond to this thread.
    • Did you confirm your e-mail? After you registered, you should have received two e-mails. One set forth the information on your registration form. The second asked you to click on a link to confirm your e-mail. If you don’t see that second e-mail, please check your spam folder and any other folders your e-mail provider may have. (In Gmail, for example, there are also Social and Promotions folders.) If you find it, please click on it. If you don’t find it, you can send me a message on the forum, and I can confirm you manually.

All of us running this competition are volunteers, and we all put in a lot of hours doing it. So how about making our lives easier by checking the things listed above?
