No worries. All are welcome to join the game at any time. Not sure what you did to get in trouble with your family, but once they realize their error, hopefully we’ll see you back on the bike.

I am “Mr Mom” and that equals little time to ride. Some weeks are better than others. I suppose I should invest in a trailer or kid seat for my 3 year old. At least I could squeeze in some extra mileage that way!

My husband is a stay at home dad, and he and the kids primarily travel by bike. Once you get the gear, it’s easy.

I’m confused. Has your child spent the last three years in your house? How does he/she go anywhere?

Um, yeah !! Get a trailer of craigslist; there are always a few for sale. Easier to ride with and more generally useful than an on-bike seat.

And get that 3yr-old a bike! — And enter him/her in Phoenix Derby next month.

It’s three children and since I only started cycling again a year ago I’m not exactly geared up.

I had little kids before longtails. I had a trail-a-bike AND a trailer. It weighed a ton and was like 15 feet long. But it was a good workout.

I believe large ADA accessible switchbacks ought to be locally available for picture-taking though.

I will not be overly nitpicky about “gigantic”.

This one gets a close (but not very) but no cigar result on the ADA compliance. No handrails on the side of the ramps.
