    There is lots of fantastic riding around Charlottesville. I remember the hills… Heading out backroads towards Crozet is nice, too.

    I need to try riding in that area more. I did some of it two years ago with Bike Virginia. Usually if I’m heading that far out of town I just ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

    Guess I’ll be finding out soon… just got done dropping the 24 gallons of blood and daughter starts at UVA Saturday.

    Definitely post up some routes. I’d love to hear other roads I need to check out!

    O Hill (behind the new dorms and the Slaughter Rec Center) offers some lovely mtb riding.
    For road riding, head out towards Foxfield and over through Free Union. http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=wl
