For Rosh Hashanah was have a tradition of going down to Alexandria and casting our sins into the river (we feed bread to the ducks while our dogs bark confusedly about why (a) we are casting away good bread and (b) why we are feeding it to the ducks instead of barking at the ducks).

While it’s been a few years, I remember this tradition and used to do it every year. I have to take some issue with your observance though. That is a goose. Geese are evil jerks. If you see it as casting your sin on to the goose, then I applaud you. Otherwise try and find a duck. They’re much nicer.
