How about a thread of concise cold weather riding advice. Suggest keeping it to three concise phrases in bullet format. Here are my three.

    1. Toes lightly covered in petroleum jelly stay warm

    2. Too thick of socks can reduce blood flow to the feet making them colder

    3. Slice out all elastic wrist cuffs on jackets/jerseys as these can reduce blood flow to hands.

Stuck in my head forever. Thanks, jerks.

On topic, and with apologies to Michael Pollan:

Remember the big three larger-picture necessities, especially important in winter:

    hydration, nutrition, caffeine, bacon

Oops, that’s four — too much caffeine

If by “included” you mean “the basis for.”

There’s a new type of PED — porcine epidemic diarrhea virus.
