    I have a friend who’s interested in bike commuting (yippy!) the address is

    900 south Orme Street

    Looking at the map it appears to be a tricky place to sneak in and out of. I’m trying to help her plan a route but simply don’t know my way about Arlington. Any thoughts would be great! She would be coming from silver spring CCT so probably key bridge.

    Rode MVT from LBJ to Four Mile Run at 6. Flint stones the bridges and shady areas. Lots of water in the trail. Riding on 32s. I’m choosing to telework tomorrow out of fear of refreeze. I already had a good spill on my ribs in January on black ice.

    Could get a little sporty! Although my eastward leg along Eisenhower could be mighty quick. Rolling the dice with the bike on the Metro during Safe Track’ll be my Plan A…will wear my cleats just in case!

    Sounds pretty nasty — that settles it: Metro it is…32s with file treads that I wanna run at CCWNS. Thanks for reminding me that if I don’t go with Plan A (Metro to Pent-house) or Plan B (Bike to Pent-house) then Plan C (Telework) may require a hip-pocket excuse for ending up in Crystal City after sunset in case co-workers show up!
