Westbound Columbia Pike is down to one lane from S Ode St to S Queen St. Traffic is backed up to the old Navy Annex. I don’t know if it will be clear later. (No one was around the construction equipment at S Ode St.) It’s just a bit of a pain for those who actually ride on the Pike vs. the sidewalk,
