    DDOT or WASA was doing work down on Canal just N/W of Arizona a couple nights ago – they may have stored material on the trail. There’s really no shoulder/open area on the side of Canal Road near there so maybe they just decided to use the trail – but then they’d have to get it up and down that little access path so that probably doesn’t make much sense either.

    Not sure – I haven’t ridden up that section of trail in a few days so I haven’t seen any of it.

    Thanks – it seems strange that they would stage anything there since it’s uphill from Canal Rd and not really connected to anything for about a mile on each side of the bridge…
