Maybe it would help if I knew where it was found. Is this piano bench in Virginia or the Minnesota Ave jazz Park near Anacostia Park? The internets aren’t helping me.

This is the Piano bench on 4 mile run.

The piano bench by the poop-plant “art fence.”

If it’s still there, I think it’s where the red arrows are pointing in the attached screenshot.

Hopefully it is, or else someone is not playing by this rule: sszibler must get the Calvinball every other time ;)

The Calvinball is somewhere else. I wasn’t aware of such rule. It is not on this year’s rules.

Not still there. Pablo found it.

What made this harder is that the official name of this public art is Ripple. The bench is part of the larger installation, which includes the fence. That’s why it is impossible to find on the Interwebs. Even I, a musician and piano tuner, have not thought of this as a piano bench in the past, so the clues were pretty obscure (unless you had the inside scoop on a private conversation, or so goes the rumor).

I check on the Calvinball on my way to work today. It’s still where I left it.

To make things easier, my clue refers to a crossing of two trails, both trails include names of a couple that got married in 1759.

If it’s where I’m thinking it could refer to her children’s name rather than her maiden name?

It is her first marriage last name. And his last name is the first word on the other trail.

Maiden name = Dandridge. First husband’s name = Custis.
