Someone really needs to go and rescue Hobbes before the rain this weekend…even if he’s well packed he may not survive the storms, and I’d prefer not to have to provide a 3rd Hobbes (although I did get a backup just in case…).

Steve O, if no one gets him by Sat maybe your mission needs to be to re-hide him in a more accessible location?

M may be up for a rescue mission tomorrow if she’s feeling better in the AM. (Not sure then how I’ll convince her to rehide him…but…one step at a time.) Fingers crossed…

I’m not going to tell her that…besides, I know Hobbes would not get along with Paws for long, so re-hiding is for the best

She did ask how far away he was from our house. I’m encouraged by her reaction of “that’s not that far” when I said he was about 10 miles away. (That of course is assuming I’ve got the location right; I’m reasonably confident.)

Rats! My tiny brain can’t hold all the transmogrified CBs. I thought the Hobbes had been found! I would have picked it up tonight since there’s a less challenging way to it, but a little dicey with traffic. It would have been kinda on my way and from what I heard Hobbes is Chained there. Maybe tomorrow after work if the weather isn’t too bad. I’ll be at Georgetown. I could have used his Tiger Warmth tonight!

Check back here before you go; I’m hoping to add to my perfectly reasonable #kidical mileage so far to take M on a rescue mission, and will report back on our success (or lackthereof) as soon as it is known.
