Ha! I was wondering. My first thought (when I misread it) was the Federal Communications Commission. A coffee cluber will get it whilst I sleep.

The Rapha Clubhouse wouldn’t let me leave it there, but it’s not too far away in the town of the second Hanoverian King on the Water and under not William of Orange.
