    Giraffey continues to have
    very exciting adventures! After FFG found him at HDCC he was persuaded to take it to a “very special place” where it would find love and devotion! So FFG and Giraffey flew around DC, visiting even as the snow continued to fall! FFG soon got so tired he could not make it to the “very special place”! Giraffey made it to WTFCC this morning! I asked if FFG would be able to make it to the “very special place” today but he said he could not! So I put Giraffey on the back of my bike and we explored more places! We ride along with My Dear Watson…and then made his way to Velo and the Hains Point 100 Happy Hour…he had a bit of beer and some of Saul’s pie! Knowing that after Happy Hour I would not be able to get Giraffey to his “very special place” I passed him on to Boomer who promised to get him to his “very special place” and so he did!

    Calvinball acquired!     I imagine Siber Hobbes is getting pretty jealous of all the attention Giraffey is getting.

    I believe the only ball in play is the one that “might” be associated with a Tuesday coffee club. Did Giraffey retire?

    No- unfortunately Giraffey got accidentally left at my office over the weekend. I planted him this morning but some kiddos found him first thing. He’ll be planted in a better location this evening.

    I made it down King Street. Those bike lanes are a little scary but I waved to the 2 other cyclists I saw using them today and told them that they were brave.
