They’re great folks, too. On one of my maiden commutes after having built up my current bike, I had a (square taper) crank arm coming loose on me as I rode to work. I realized this just as I was coming off the 14th St Bridge. Who was at the bottom of the hill but a CaBi maintenance team. They were quick to lend me an allen wrench when I asked them so I could tighten the bolt down properly. And we chatted a bit.
