    Funny; directly behind where the old one was.

    I really kind of like the flexible ones. They help passing bike and foot traffic at the light judge the actual amount of space they have to deal with.

    These bollards were installed once again as of yesterday evening. My one year old scoffed at them as we rode by.

    They are both ripped out again. How is this happening???
