Biketoberfest this Friday Oct. 10

Should have posted this here in events, so now I am.

We’re hosting another Biketoberfest at the junction next Friday, Oct. 10. All welcome, including kids.

You can stop by on your way home or go home first and come hang out a while. We’ll get started around 4:30 or 5 and go until 9 or 10. We’ll have beer (duh), wine, non-adult beverages and some German food. If you’re riding home afterward, don’t forget lights.

We’re at 5762 6th St. North. at the end of 6th St. at Kensington St. On a bike, we’re at the end of the Bluemont Junction Trail just before it meets the W&OD–you can see the beer garden from the trail. (Coordinates: 38.871633, -77.131521).

FYI, we’re on, rain or shine. We’ll probably put a tent out. If not many people show up and we have leftovers, we’ll just do it again another day.
