Working from home makes every bike ride a commute. :)

Between higher ridership in the afternoon’s and the fact that we think more people are willing to help in the evenings when they aren’t in a rush to work, we’ve generally done these in the PM. That being said, if people feel strongly that a morning event would be helpful and would be willing to volunteer, then we’d consider it!

Hancockbs will bring pie and coffee.

I can be there on Wednesday evening until about 1830 if that works for you all.

How about at Friday Morning Coffee Club Blinkie event on November 8th? I’d volunteer from 6 – 8 am where ever you hold it, maybe the W&OD/Custis intersection.

Yeah, that’s the reason. During the week days there are generally two spikes in the numbers, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. And the afternoon is generally higher.

I remember a time when I used to ride my bike to places that weren’t work pretty regularly. Nowadays I feel lucky if I get in a couple miles on the weekend with the 1 y.o. in the Burley, though I do love those couple miles!!!

That’s the benefit of “working remotely.” I can define “remote” to be anywhere I have reliable internet access. I haven’t been able to convince the wife that I should work from Pau, or Grenoble, Bormio or Tolmezzo

All joking aside, I’ll be out Wednesday, hopefully by 530.

Ugh…work is being terrible today and it’d be a miracle if I got out by 5pm. I may have to be satisfied with just stopping and saying hi. But I will try and make it out Wednesday instead.

Had a grand old cold time tonight lighting lights, passing out vests and other reflectives.
